I was going to post something along these lines also. It gets called "small" because it's smaller than its big brothers and its also a tiny bit smaller (you probably wouldn't notice that much when inside), than comparatively priced German rivals (Q5 and the X3). However, it's not objectively that small and it's certainly much bigger than a mini!

You're joking aren't you? The Evoque is TARDIS like compared to the Mini.

The Evoque is just a tad wider than my Ford Kuga, and that is definitely wider than a mini.

Right cos when I asked my dealer what the boot was like he said "let's not talk about the boot" and was all ha ha jokey about "at least you're not a golfer"

He never gave me a proper answer so I took from that that it must be tiny.

Dealers are so rubbish. No knowledge. It's disgraceful for such a large company

Boot size is 575 litres.

During this video I took at the MEC Evoque Live event I show the boot space which gives you a sense of it's size.

On my iPhone so adding the hyperlink doesn't work but just copy and paste the link into your browser:

Changing from a 2010MY TDv8 3.6 Range Rover Vogue that replaced a Range Rover Sport TDv8 HSE that replaced a Range Rover Sport TDv6SE that replaced a Range Rover TD6 SE....................... I like my Range Rovers, big or small but I have decided that I really need a smaller one these days!
My Evoque is also already committed to it's first offroad drive the weekend after delivery and it will be used just like all the other RR's I've owned and will go into the Scottish countryside and it will get muddy.

If you've ordered an Evoque, what car will it be replacing if any? Will be interesting to know what cars people are coming from!
