Sorry, meant to say page 66 in 2012 brochure (will wear my glasses next time).

My dealer blamed the issue on LR saying that they issued the mats with the car but surely the dealers must know what they are selling in their dealer optional extras. I just wonder how many owners are out there who have had the correct premium mats fitted because as it stands on this thread no one has.

The option costs £80 and it's impossible to see how that is justified by the upgrade from one set to another. Even going from basic to best is only £48 when buying as accessories. It seems completely pointless to have three grades, especially since the bottom two are separated by just £12.

I've emailed my dealer for an explanation.

Ditto. My dealer has just advised that the mats came with the car from LR, and nothing they can do.

I have cancelled the mats from my order and will be buying some fitted premium ones from elsewhere.

My dealer did return my email today (only three weeks later) but didn't answer what I'd asked. He says that that the nice mats are optional extras and not what LR supply. He also makes the point that "no one else has complained" but as I have said to him thats because we all expect that you will supply us with the correct items and the only pictures of the correct mats have only just been released with the most recent brochure.

I ordered the 'carpet mats with edging' for my Pure so presumably they are more basic than the premium mats you mention, but the mats I got are crap, I could have got some better ones in poundstretcher! Certainly not worth the £105 I paid for them, I wish I hadn't bothered! They are now in the cupboard and I use the freebie rubber ones my dealer gave me!

I appreciate for those of us who need to upgrade or buy a set from the option catalogue the above would be a better and cheaper option but those who purchased Prestige models in the first place should have the right ones fitted in the first place.
