Could be worse though, the Honda CR-Z has 3 colours depending on which driving mode you are in and you cannot control them.......... Red, Environmeantally unfriendly mode, Green - Tree hugger mode and white - Normal driving!

Someone asked about exhaust pipes / finishers the other day on here. The dynamic chrome squares aren't actually connected to the exhaust pipe. The pipe just ends shortly before the finisher. Therefore I guess that:
1. The exhaust note will be the same
2. Those of you picking Prestige but wanting a Dynamic rear may well be able to do it without changing the exhaust if you can buy the rear bumper parts. Disclaimer: I have no mechanical skills so may be talking out of my (dynamic) backside

Yeah the bumper squares are separate on dynamic, the point we were making was on the prestige there is the chrome collar/finisher is welded on and won't fit through the square of the dynamic.

Yes, I found the Red Dynamic lighting a bit bright (on the instrument panel) ... just wondered if you saw the "fireplace" lit up whilst you were underground.

Fireplace = LR speak for the area behind the climate control panel

So we're agreeing there is some grinding to be done to make it fit?

Yes ...... and then possibly a sleeve to make it point down.

I wonder how long the SD4 Dynamic squares will remain soot and heat stain free if they are hiding the downturned tail pipes?

Sounds like a plan!

You'd hope the testing would of picked this up!

From what I saw when I went to the factory all the pipes were exposed as they leave the final piece of trm off to expose the towing eye. It looks like the pipes blow straight down with no gases passing though the squares so can't see a problem with soot. Might look a bit strange on a cold morning for petrols though

Just got back from unleashed London I checked both exhausts on si4 and sd4
And they all had warm air ( exaust emission) comming out of them?

Does seem like an age, however at least at Stow we should get some good roads, nice mixture of country lanes, good A roads and plenty of open space for the terapod
