RE: 17" Snow tires - gw76 - 02-01-2013 01:47am great suggestions there, will make some enquiries. any other suggestions for a 17 or 18 wheel and a good source? thanks RE: 17" Snow tires - XFullFatTim - 02-01-2013 11:29am GW the forum sponsor over on Disco3.co.uk (our older sister forum) AJS Tyres have a very good reputation and are free with advice too, try contacting Andy (I think that's who it is) and ask, they do good forum discounts for RRS and the D3 forum, whether or not they will supply to Scotland I don't know but they do recommend other tyre dealers that they do business with, especially one that features a lot in the magazines Micheldever Tyres. I know they are very keen on the Vredestein (spelling??) Got to say that my Michelin Alpine 2 or is it 3 on 19" aren't too bad on snow and limited ice, but your downsizing doesn't detract from overall styling at all. 17" Snow tires - Stadt Panzer - 18-01-2013 10:14pm I'm really happy with the result, but looking forward to putting my 20" back on RE: 17" Snow tires - gw76 - 22-01-2013 08:04pm 18" with Toyo All Terrain Winter Tyres package. They don't look much smaller than the 20" 's !! Will get them fitted tomorrow and see how it goes ! Si4 Dynamic 5d OG |
