More is the pitty it is on ours in UK. Already told my dealer to swap my black MY12 grille for the new one on my new car arriving in March. Buyer of my MY12 Pure will "profit"
NB: nothing against having an LR badge, its purely on the grounds of asthetics!

I'm going to be very disappointed if they've removed it as it really changes the look of the back of the car (negatively) IMO

I don´t like the lettering removed... The big RR all have it at the back... it looks as it is not a RR after all.
There will be an advantage for the detailers though. It will be easier to clean and polish that area...
Let´s see if it is only a mistake by the configurator or the cars will come really without lettering.

I had conformation last night from Wayne at Halewood he said lettering is still on the new my13 range.

Phew, good news thanks - I spotted that the one photo of the back of an evoque still shows the lettering so was hoping it was just a rendering issue!

Just had wayne send me another PM.
Hi Ian, I've just noticed on some of the 2013 models the td4 sd4 ect are not on the rear boot although evoque and range rover badges are still there, don't know of this a request of the customer or what. I shall find out more today cheers for now Wayne

That sounds like a standard "Delete engine badge" option.

correct - all Aussie spec cars come without engine badges.
Might be true for other parts of the world as well
