RE: Official Convertible pics - J77 - 24-02-2012 11:07pm I do like it but I wouldn't have one. Would have the wheels though. It's an evoque for those who don't get enough attention with the current evoque. RE: Official Convertible pics - ami_evo - 25-02-2012 07:09am (24-02-2012 09:42pm)Evoqess Wrote: Not my cup of tea. If I have to go topless I'd choose the new Boxster and get a new personal plate "Godiva" hehe Your posts always seem to make me smile, I can't quite put my finger on what is so refreshingly light hearted and funny about them though. If they really want to do this car, they should make it amphibious so that a car which looks like a boat can act like one. Ghastly. Well I'm guessing we will soon see some kind of high performance Evoque, as per the rumours that have surfaced recently, though if it is based on the 2.0 turbo engine it won't quite cut it. I'm pretty sure Porsche will be using 6 cylinder engines in their car, likely the ones from the Boxster, and probably a V6 diesel, with a 4 cyl diesel somewhere down the line if there is demand for it. RE: Official Convertible pics - Ezandania - 25-02-2012 07:22am The convertible looks more like a boulevard cruiser. I can already imagine Paris Hilton driving one. RE: Official Convertible pics - pugracer - 25-02-2012 08:31am Looks awful to me! RE: Official Convertible pics - item - 25-02-2012 12:43pm not so bad. Nice look for a convertible. +1 for a V6 engine and a 8gear. RE: Official Convertible pics - PAT - 25-02-2012 03:17pm Looks good IMO although I'd never buy a convertible. Got to agree that they should release a more powerful version before the convertible plus I'd bet there's a larger market for a high performance Evoque than a convertible. Also like those wheels more than the style 6's. RE: Official Convertible pics - kevoque - 25-02-2012 04:30pm http://twitpic.com/show/iphone/8ofzuo It's already here !! RE: Official Convertible pics - Mag1c_dragon - 25-02-2012 09:40pm Yuk, it reminds me of the Lego cars my son makes! It's strange, this one seems to be "black", but the real color for this concept is a special grey... I'd rather they focused on developing a more powerful Evoque with a V6 engine in it, preferably. +1 But only 4 cylinders please. I like the balance. |
