RE: Heads up - Fifth Gear review on 14th Oct. - XFullFatTim - 14-10-2011 09:54pm I don't know if this was the full test shown on TV but they have posted this on the website http://fwd.channel5.com/fifth-gear/videos/consumer-info/team-test-range-rover-evoque RE: Heads up - Fifth Gear review on 14th Oct. - PhilSkill - 14-10-2011 10:05pm Yep that was it... RE: Heads up - Fifth Gear review on 14th Oct. - mark_n - 15-10-2011 12:42am Silver coupe dynamic with black panoramic roof, black headliner, what excellent taste! SD4 though... Real endorsement of Magneride... RE: Heads up - Fifth Gear review on 14th Oct. - exigejoe - 15-10-2011 01:59am Thanks for the link RE: Heads up - Fifth Gear review on 14th Oct. - mark_n - 15-10-2011 08:18am I think the Evoque was seriously impressive coming down that 1:1 slope. The short overhangs really work. I wonder if it would get up it? RE: Heads up - Fifth Gear review on 14th Oct. - hybris - 15-10-2011 08:24am They kind of liked it... RE: Heads up - Fifth Gear review on 14th Oct. - ED209 - 15-10-2011 09:27am A positive review but 5th gear proves once again that its a cack programme. RE: Heads up - Fifth Gear review on 14th Oct. - mk82 - 15-10-2011 09:28am thanks for the link! The video is to short, I want to get so much more!!! By the way: In Germany there was a magazine with comparison test between Evoque and BMW X1. First time, that a german car have lost such a test yet. RE: Heads up - Fifth Gear review on 14th Oct. - XFullFatTim - 15-10-2011 10:07am MK82, if you do a search you will find the link to the You-Tube video of that test is already posted in the forum somewhere RE: Heads up - Fifth Gear review on 14th Oct. - cjfp - 15-10-2011 10:32am He does get his physics wrong in the crash though - he says that crashing the Focus into the wall at 120mph (wall not moving so relative speed is 120mph) is like two cars having a head on travelling at 120mph each - wrong, that would be a relative speed of 240mph, he should have said 60mph each to give a relative speed of 120mph |
