Certainly around here that seems to be completely ignored on both counts and I have even seen plod driving around in their patrol cars with the front fogs burning when you can see for miles...............I have never heard of anybody in the UK being fined or getting points either. I was fined £30 about 10 years ago for driving with front fogs on. Was foggy outside town but not in town forgot to turn em of. Jobs worth still insisted on fining me said even if it was foggy but you could see more than 100 yards ahead they shouldn't be on cunt.
