RE: Evoque Accessories lists - doug - 17-08-2011 10:07pm If the wheels are going out of the UK, you have to pay extra for the fresh air used to pump up the tyres ( I may have made that up ) RE: Evoque Accessories lists - Owend - 18-08-2011 10:06am (17-08-2011 10:07pm)doug Wrote: If the wheels are going out of the UK, you have to pay extra for the fresh air used to pump up the tyres ah well.. I think the fresh air is cheaper in belgium than the UK.... lol so just the rims will do.. !!!!!! how do they justify that price though.... I'm got my Style 6 rims free when trying to negotiate a discount. I'll have to speak to my dealer here, as I really like them.. RE: Evoque Accessories lists - mark_n - 18-08-2011 03:21pm I agree black rims on a white car look good. The price for the black rims appears high because you get to keep your existing ones - they are an accessory, not a build-time option. You didn't get your Style 6 rims free, you got the upgrade from the standard wheels to Style 6 free. You might want to talk to your dealer to see if your car can be built with them; otherwise, if you buy them as an accessory, you might want to check the Style 6 tyres will fit them otherwise you'll be in for a new set of tyres as well. If you do end up with a spare set of Style 6 rims, I think you will find a ready market for them. I expect the 20" rims will be easily damaged and people will look to replace ones which cannot be refurbished. RE: Evoque Accessories & Accessories Price lists - CSJ - 22-08-2011 03:32pm Hi Does any one know what the cost of black roof rails is? On the PDF at the beginning of the thread I am only seeing "value" rather than a price? Thanks RE: Evoque Accessories & Accessories Price lists - Christian - 22-08-2011 08:14pm Take a look at http://www.duckworthparts.co.uk/landrover/Evoque_Touring.html RE: Evoque Accessories & Accessories Price lists - Alex - 30-08-2011 10:33pm I have added the stowage rails to my order. I noticed in the accessories you can get various loadspace protectors (rubber matt, flexible or rigid). Does anyone know if any of these loadspace protectors would have the cut outs for the rails? And I assume the luggage retention kit is the add-on for the stowage rails, if so does anyone have details on the luggage configuration arrangements - would it be similar to the Audi stowage rail system? I have asked dealer but he isn't aware, but would like to order before car arrives. RE: Evoque Accessories & Accessories Price lists - XFullFatTim - 30-08-2011 11:44pm Luggage retention bars and the social seat both use the same rails, follow the links in the installing instructions I have posted and you get there! You can also add D rings to the rails but unless you get longer screws/ bolts I don't see how you can mount the rails and have the load liner mat at the same time - also if you have specced a spare tyre you as well as both the mats and rails you have a problem getting to your spare in you need it! RE: Evoque Accessories & Accessories Price lists - exigejoe - 13-10-2011 11:41pm want the 20" black gloss wheels on my fj RE: Evoque Accessories & Accessories Price lists - Spiderman - 14-10-2011 01:50am For all those that want black wheels why dont you just get your dealers or Wheel Refurbishers to paint the standard wheels black that come with your Evoques, it should only cost you circa £50 a wheel, tats £200 a set, now thats what I call a bargain!!! |
