Poles in road to slow traffic but also restrict what can go through by only having a gap 6' 6" between them

Lithuanians, Romanians and Hungarians work well too but Poles are best Wink

It's one of London's hare-brained schemes to control/direct the flow of traffic. Rotherhithe is a narrow and very old tunnel under the Thames that has had a 7' width restriction for ages. They narrowed it by 6" this week causing traffic chaos for miles around and seemingly have prevented very few vehicles using the tunnel - but slowing their approach

No they are trying to make people travel by expensive and uncomfortable public transport instead of using their own cars. The congestion charge failed to reducee the traffic so now they are making the roads undrivable.......
