I don't understand all of this nonsense. If dealers have an enbargo, but customers with deposits will be advised of prices/specs prior to embargo being lifted, there is nothing stoping the customers posting the prices....
What's the point of it all? Have LR been taking advice from Apple on how to build anticipation. Well it's getting rather tiresome...

You're right. I was quite surprised that after signing an order, I couldn't even take home a specs list or prices to reconsider a few options.
Even if they're not final, I don't see the point of hiding them from actual customers.
As far as I know, there haven't been specs changes anyway (at least not since the Paris car show)?

The only explanation I can give is that Land Rover Global is the parent company and then each different market has their own importer (ours Land Rover UK). Each importer will have to decide the price structure for thier market and I guess LR UK were later in making their decision.
Not sure why there is an embargo until 4th April, however it may be pending final sign-off. There could be a specific option that they are waiting to confirm the 'list' price for etc. I would imagine that they wil lift the embargo once they have properly confirmed the prices.
If I find out why then I will of course let you know.

Did you get your prices from your dealer or direct from Land Rover? I still have nothing - not even the email brochure.
