Thanks for all your supporting messages. I called the insurance company this morning, they have started the claim process, waiting to hear from the police as well. Here's a photo of the car. Ill try the Mercedes Forums as well.

No update from the police yet, waiting for the crime report. I do visit pistonheads quite often and always read about such incidents. Never thought it would happen to me. I'll post it on there too.

Really sorry to hear but glad you sound relatively ok. I always get over cautious when selling a car and someone turns up to look at it. Always have to think the worst of people. Sad world we live in today.
