I agree, the mapping function is poor on an iPhone 5. Keeping my iPad on IOS5.

Because of problems with Memory Map on ipad3 I have not updated my iPad1 so I can still use the OS maps with it. MM refuse to accept there is a problem, but there is and it's all to do with them not wanting to pay Apple!

When searching for my home town. I get 'no results found'. Epic fail.

According to Apple "the more users who use it the better the system will become" one wonders how more users using a crap system can make it better, surely it needs Apple to upgrade their mapping database.

Yep, the new maps is a major fail...but I have absolutely no doubt that Apple will fix it. TBH, it's a tiny issue in the grand scheme of things - the RRE has built in SatNav and decent SatNav and mapping is available for free or relatively cheap purchase on the iPhone anyway.

One of the key's to Apple's success is having such a brilliant third-party app base and ongoing development.

My iPhone 5 is working perfectly with the Evoque, no issues whatsoever and my daughter pretty much tested everything!

Good to hear that most owners have no problems with iPhone 5, I'm currently waiting for delivery I've been told by apple that it could be up to 4 weeks.

I updated my iPhone 4s to iOS6, the phone was recognised on the Evoque, but there was no volume when playing my music. I could see the track info on the screen and iPhone was playing.
Easy fix.
Deleted pairing off Evoque and also off iPhone, went through pairing process again.
All now works perfect.

Updated to iOS 6 the other day and nothing has changed, I still have the same problems. Phone plays music over Bluetooth, but can't browse through all my albums - have to control the music from the phone.

Therefore I'm still going to leave my iPod plugged in via USB for music and the iPhone just for phone calls via Bluetooth. Wish everything would work properly through Bluetooth....
