Does anyone else do them ?

Mine just came in and I am having the letters changed to Glossy Black to match my Glossy black 20inch wheels. It will be done in a couple of days! Its going to look great! but I think it depends on the color you have...

i have a white dynamic and might get the wheels done black, so think black lettering will look nice?

Removed the red evoque badge and the SD4 badge and the landrover badge feel it gives it a cleaner look

The problem with replacing the letters is of course that they have to be absolutely straight and appear straight which may not be the same thing. After seeing them do it at Halewood, they have a template which is of course much more substantial than a paper one. If you get it wrong, you'll forever be looking at it when you come up to the car and wish you hadn't. Personally, with a red car, the silver letters are fine.

Liking the clean rear, think black letters on rear on the fuji would look good, and none on the front.

If any manufacturer is out there, I don't want to go gloss black but do want to replace my silver letters to match my pure coupe grill etc.

Edit... Ignore me. My back pocket decided to make a contribution!

That's what I shall be doing plus a respray of the grill and side fender blades (€100 at my local bodyshop). I shall also do the tailgate finisher strip (once I have worked out how to get it off).Very Happy

PS: Picture to follow (before) once I have collected the car (this Thurs) and then give it a week for the "after" picture.

someone in the states already did it on their evoque I believe... looked pretty good.
Be careful on EBay. I didn't read one add close enough. The letters are made out of a black matte vinyl by 3M. The are not as thick and I don't like the look of them. No template as well. It might look alright for some, but not me. Just giving everyone an alert.
Very Happy
