I had a similar ipad2 issue (but not tapatalk, via safari) last week where it would connect to all other sites but not babyrr until i too cleared cookies etc and then it was all fine again.

On advice from the Tapatalk forum I have disabled the Tapatalk detector/popup function, let me know if that solves the problem.

I got a message on the screen of my iPad (not 3 but later than 2 ) today saying there is a tapatalk app available. Haven't downloaded it because they want money for it!

Please let me know if that message keeps popping up, as they are supposed to have fixed the constant popup message issue.
