similar experience here, managed to save about 6k based on the reduced dealer delivery...two quotes, 6k apart, and the first dealer (lance dixon) was prepared to match the other (MLR), so happy days. If it wasn't for the fact that the LD had a November build slot, i would have gone with the MLR....they seem to offer much better service...trying to get updates or return emails from LD is pretty hard....

Here in the US I managed to get a bit of a discount on the Dynamic coupe I ordered, but it was only because I attended the dealership's Preview Event back in September. However, no one at the dealership even hinted at the possibility of a discount. But then as I was placing my order and about to buy, I brought up price discount (thinking that there was no way it would happen given the VERY limited supply and high demand here in the States). To my surprise, the dealer easily went for it, admitting that a discount was indeed doable because I attended the preview event.

One dealer tried to go 2k above MSRP, but I got a flat MSRP from another salesman.

Computer should be set in Factory so should the checks on all components!
So $3k to pull the stickers off is ridiculous. But an unavoidable cost

I think you just have to look at the overall deal. Some may save dealer delivery but others get a discount. Anyway the best thing is that we have ordered one.

seems like i have got ripped off with the Dealer Delivery Fee - they are charging me $4k for dealer delivery fee..
