Everytime I buy a car I can't get a model or at least one that is a decent size. The only Freelander 2 model is a Burago 1/43 scale = too small!sorry to dig up this 9 month old thread But just saw a 1:43 model here: http://www.lobsterdiecast.co.uk/store/p1086-model-manufacturer/burago/LAND-ROVER-EVOQUE-LRX-CONCEPT---143-model-by-Burago.cfm I know you said 1:43 is too small, but it is all I have found so far! Ok, ignore this, i see this very car was posted up in april I must have been too busy collecting my real car RE: Diecast Evoque? - benzina - 06-08-2012 06:53am I'm going to wait till they bring out a 1:18 of the production model. Hopefully Autoart,Minichamps,or Kyosho do this,as they are the best brands for superior quality and attention to detail. Autoart is the one most likely, as they have the contract for making RR vogues and the Sport. Diecast Evoque? - Stadt Panzer - 06-08-2012 07:04am I'll wait but gotta have a model. RE: Diecast Evoque? - TiTan - 06-08-2012 07:46am I'm amazed that there is still no model of the Evoque available - particularly given some of the more ho-hum looking cars that do get models. RE: Diecast Evoque? - cousin.it - 06-08-2012 03:07pm I've picked up a few of the Bburago 1:43 "Land Rover LRX Concept" cars which are the closest match and fun to keep on my desk. These pictures aren't the best and I was going to take a few more.... A BMW 3 series FFS, who wants that?!! lol RE: Diecast Evoque? - cjfp - 04-10-2012 09:59pm These look good.. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1-24-FX-Land-Rover-Range-Evoque-Coupe-2-door-Red-Free-Shipping-Welly-/251158885440?pt=Diecast_Vehicles&hash=item3a7a3c7440 RE: Diecast Evoque? - XFullFatTim - 04-10-2012 11:05pm Appears from that auction to only be available in Firenze which is a pity RE: Diecast Evoque? - benzina - 05-10-2012 01:42am I think i'll wait for something more special. Unfortunately, Welly is not a quality model maker, and i also prefer the 1:18 size. Autoart is one of the better quality brands (great attention to detail and good build quality), they do RR's, so there's a good chance they will bring out an Evoque 1:18 eventually. |
