RE: Excitement building... - bogstomper - 16-10-2011 12:03pm Thanks guys. @cjfp - errr, not sure! I ordered using the online configurator and ticked the (no cost) option for a bench seat as I think it used to be the 2 seats were standard. At some point this changed to standard bench but I think what the system remembered was that I had wanted the non-standard rear seats - so I ended up with 2! I actually quite like it - there's not a huge amount of room in the back of the coupe for 3 anyway and I very rarely have more than 2 in the car, so it shouldn't matter to me too much. RE: Excitement building... - vcruiser - 16-10-2011 02:35pm awesome! RE: Excitement building... - xxxx5 - 16-10-2011 04:24pm got to admit that is one of the best colour comb I have seen. Works well. Bogstomper, I was looking at my 'hopefully on a ship en route to me' detailed spec on Topix and noticed 2 rear seats as well…. like you i also chose the nco bench at the time when 2 seats was standard and like you suspect that when the bench became standard the order went through as 'customer selected non standard rear seats' which by then was the 2 seats Nice OG btw, beautiful RE: Excitement building... - cjfp - 16-10-2011 09:12pm @Berlin & Bog - at the time of the change of 'standard', I did post urging people to check with their dealer but that may have been before your time on here. RE: Excitement building... - bogstomper - 16-10-2011 09:16pm I remember it being discussed on the forum but by the time I spoke to my dealer I was getting a four seater! Thanks for trying to keep us right though. As I say, I'm not unhappy with what I have and especially given so many are experiencing delays and uncertainty as to when they will get their cars. My fingers are crossed for all of you that you'll soon be enjoying them. RE: Excitement building... - berlin2011 - 16-10-2011 09:22pm cjfp - recall the warnings well... my logic at the time was since I opted for the bench, if the dealer gets my request wrong (does not act on it) I'll anyway get the bench since thats the default. Was thinking that the warning was super important for those wanting the 2 seats. Still think the dealer at fault though. RE: Excitement building... - SebM - 17-10-2011 08:46am Congrats !! |
