This feature is in my manual but doesn't appear to be activated on US premium models (along with Park Assist). Anyone know why the US cars don't have these features?

Either USA construction regulations don't permit them or it hasn't received approval from Land Rover's lawyers for product liability

Mine works a treat and is a great idea.

I would have thought that Blind Spot Monitoring and Park Assist are a Product Liability nightmare.

Thanks for the infor, won't miss the Park Assist to much since I don't do much parallel parking but I was looking forward to the blind spot monitoring.

Prestige and Dynamic has it (part of the standard Vision Assist Package) - on the Pure the Vision Assist Package is an option (and seem to be the only way to get it). My guess is you have a Pure without option?

I have a prestige, below is a pic that the dealer took when it was delivered that shows the prestige wheels in the US. Agree the website states it should be included but it is not in the setup menu.

Any other US owners with prestige can confirm if you have this option?

Sorry, not sure how to rotate the pic.

Laughing love the perspective - if you were in the Souther Hemisphere that may actually have been appropriate.

Re the Blind Spot Thingy, check with your dealer - I saw a video on Youtube where one of the US Dealers was showing off the features of the car and Blind Spot was one there
