anyone experienced this? whats the fix?
Have you disconnected the battery recently? There is a reset procedure in the owner's manual.
so just a simple reset? mine is random

Mine only did it once, so it may not be the same problem. However, I manually 'forced' it to full open, then pressed it to close electrically, and it then opened to full height electrically. It has never failed to open fully since.
