I've noticed from inside the car, that within the wiper sweep, the glass will not clean properly unless the washer jet is used.

When washing the car and in particular the rear screen, I can clean the glass but cannot get to the wiper blade and clean it and under it.

Is there any way I can do this, I hope this is not a RTFM issue?
Suspect you will have to RTFM page 175.......... and figure out how to stop the wiper when the blade is vertical and not parked as it doesn't tell you you how to do that bit!
I use a micro fibre wash mitt in shampoo and gently feel up to the wiper to clean it, and then a short rinse from the hose. I treated the glass with gTechniq G1 and it cleans easily, so easily the wiper is far too fast on intermittent wipe!
Cheers Tim, off to dig out the manual.
