It is only a small amount longer than the current version, it looks a lot longer because LR has increased the wheelbase considerably to give more rear seat legroom, IIRC it is only a couple or 5 cms longer than L322. I never found the FFRR difficult in town, the visibility out is superb and you can see the extremities easily from the drivers seat to the extent the you don't really need reversing cams although the PDC is useful for reversing to leave space to drop the lower tailgate without denting it. The width of a FFRR can make it a bit daunting in narrow streets, but you get used to it.
According to one article I read, it's 4999mm long which makes it comfortably too big for my garage.

Was it a beigey colour? Saw one coming up the m40 on my way back this afternoon. It was the drl's that attracted my attention. Not my cup of tea as far as looks go.
Beige? A Range Rover? Surely it was Ipanema Sand!

Ipanema sand is a lovely colour for a nice car! Me thinks this was not a nice car so it can be beige! Why do flagship cars get evermore bloated with age? It doesn't get my seal of approval I'm afraid.
It gets bloated with age because rear access is important in markets where people like to be driven around such as China and Russia. Sadly, what we think in the UK about cars made here is of less interest to LR.

I'd be very happy then with the basic "Toff" and its mossy roof Very Happy
Nice but at 10-stone and less than 6ft a new FFRR would look like it had eaten me Wink
