usb issue solved

transferred all my music onto usb memory sticks, even tried sticks that worked on Mercedes, kept getting device error, LR looked into issue as thought may have been software update required, they couldn't figure it out.

Tried converting all MP3 format music into WMA, worked straight away

Thanks for the link, The Evoque does not support Variable bit rate, anything downloaded off of Amazon does not work without being converted
