issue with service reminder pop up message after being service already

Hi All,

Just an update.

Tried it on my car and looks like the message is gone. Restarting it twice just to be sure, I am seeing no message.

Thanks to all who respond to my post. Especially to DustinDep, who show us how to reset the service reminder message.

Just one last question, does this solution is just a quick fix? And it might show up again few days later.

Mine hasn't shown up for 3 months now. They just couldn't get the dongle to reset it and read the fix but the mechanic read it wrong the first time

Also the tips shown on your video, does it solve the issue fully or the message will pop up 6 days later and need to reset again.

it solves the issue for 15,000 miles or 1 year whatever comes first. Sorry i couldnt be more help
