iOS 7 - Voice - Call Contact "No Handset Connected"

iOS 7.0.3 and the iPhone 5S.
All worked fine until the new software upgrade.
However, if I press the Voice Command button and day "Phone Call Contact" it returns a response "No Handset Connected" and fails.
However the phone is connected via Bluetooth and ALL of the contacts have been downloaded to the car address book.

Anybody else have this?
Anybody know of a fix?

Hi try a voice contact with another thing like sat nav if this does not work you could have a problem I had last week new audio module needed this module works the voice as well as other items other than that make sure all contact numbers are copied both in sim and phone.
