accident or camouflage.......

Saw this ...... wasn't sure if it was camouflage or if it had been in an accident (or several!) .... Certainly is not like official "Hello" type camouflage.

Whatever it is .... it’s a mess!

looks like something from a car advert a few years ago where some indian people fashioned a car out of scrap metal

Nothing new there. Most cars in India look like that. Believe it or not if a car topples over most of the guys will just cary on as usual! If something needs doing, they'll just do it! seriously!!
