Wing mirror cover removal

Hi all. I am sure I have seen a post somewhere with how to remove the wing mirror covers.
Can somebody please point me in the right direction or explain the process?
I want to wrap them black, but want to do it properly with them off the car.
All help appreciated!

Thanks cjfp. The image showing the mirror removal shows a picture of a handbook. Is there something in the manual regards removal of this? Would go out to the car, but its a bit frosty right now!

RE: Wing mirror cover removal

I didn't know about removing the glass first, I carried out the job after advice from my mate at a body shop "just pull it" .
The key thing is to use a plastic trim removing tool & yes it's a easy job Very Happy
