RE: Where's Tim
And right now I am posting from the Great Bitter Lake about half way on the passage south in the Suez Canal having spent yesterday docked in Port Said. Will be spending the next 9 days transiting the Red Sea and gulf of Aden trying not to spot the Somali pirates, on passage to Dubai, then a week around West India, back to the Gulf, back to Suez, Turkey, Italy, back out through the canal to the Gulf and India, then back to Egypt and Turkey then hopefully home in late July
A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

LRX - As I don't really 'know you' I've resisted for some time to post, but I have to ask if you intentionally post to be inflammatory and try to get on people's nerves?! So what if we don't go down the pub each week with Tim, he is someone we know via this site, makes helpful comments and it's a generic wellwish to say stay safe. In an emergency, I know which of the two of you I'd p!ss on first to put the fire out.

Then phone him. Or email him. Or send him a text. Exchanging personal pleasantries on a public forum is weird.

LRX - I suggest you review your participation here as this is intended to be a friendly forum and many of your comments are nothing of the sort.

RE: Where's Tim
Well said Martin, Tim is part of the 'family' as far as most forum members are concerned.
