When do you get a chassis number?

I got my chassis number yesterday and I can find it from topix. It was built 13th of Feb, took more than a month to get the
number. I have been asking it frequently, but my dealer is not importing cars to the country. Always when i'm asking the status the reply contains copy-paste from some original email. Possibly he is only an email proxy towards the import organization.

Car should be here late next week and then one to two weeks to delivery. According topix everything is ok plus there was keyless entry added. I'm not sure if I want it.
