Isopropyl Alcohol wipes. They are used to remove all kinds of oils, grease residues.

Essential if you want a surface to be oil free e.g. If the product you want to apply needs a perfect bond with the material you apply it on.

Dynamic SD4 Auto 5dr, Tech Pack, Santorini Black, Verve Interior with Ebony headlining, Panoramic Roof, Privacy Glass, Solar Attenuating Glass, Style 7 Alloys, Adaptive Dynamics.

Note 10% dilution with water is all you need, best not to use neat (if you bought 99.9% IPA) I got 500ml off Amazon 3.99 with free delivery. Also take precautions with chemicals, wear gloves, it'll happily strip your skin of grease too! Note this is all my opinion, not Advice.

Finally wiped down inside and out all 4 wheels with 10% IPA, and applied the gtechniq wheel armour, 15ml bottle did complete 4 wheels on both sides (not sure on gtechniq's thought on supplying 3 application pads not 4? seems logical 1 per wheel...?), completing 1 coat, leaving me with about 3ml which was used to 2nd coat the areas that get the most brake dust. Very easy to do with wheels off car.

No idea how it performs though, wheels gone to storage now so find out in the winter!

It's very good stuff Phil as long as you got the wheels thoroughly clean before applying. I've had it on mine since new and only ever need a pressure washer and regular G-Wash to get the wheels clean.

Hi WB, No way they could have been any cleaner... Smile Wash, Iron X equiv twice, Surfex HD, IPA, all dried and cleaned with micro fibre cloths between each session, Love the sparkly finish in the paint looked fantastic. (trouble is I'll have to do it all again with the Summer Wheels which I'd applied Caranuba Wax all over so be interesting to see the difference)

Sounds like you'll be good. Based on my experience the main difference is going to be the longevity. By the way if you've got any C5 left over then you can use it on trim or paint as it's the same product as C1 and C4.
