What's this??

Hi all

I finally got my car back from the body shop today and all is now well with the world once again...

Now I have it back, I thought I would ask you guys to help me with something that has been bothering me since I got the car...what the heck is this in the attached picture??

Apologies if I am being dim!

Evoque Coupe 2.2 SD4 Dynamic LUX 190HP (in some kind of grey!)
