Gearbox problems, no power?

My Evoque 2014 SD4 9AT (190 HP) has about 37000 Km.
In heavy traffic, I have problems from times to time.

I accelerate the car (quickly to ±3000 rpm), then it drops to 0, but nothing happens and the engine is coughing.
It's like when you have a manual gearbox and you select a bigger gear.

Today I've even heard some strange sounds.

No errors on the dashboard.

I'll go to the dealer Friday.

mine did this recently. blocked air filter. but mine was overdue it's service
