Each to their own, as you will know J77 exchanged his Evoque for a new FL2 and he loves it. I like the Evoque and its nice to go on Martins other forums, I hope you don't mind me being here!

Yes enjoying my Fl2 a lot, it's nice to have that Land Rover driving position back again. It felt weird the first few days sitting higher up and having to re learn how to take bends Laughing

I had an older style volvo s40. It was a good car but obviously the evoque is streets ahead on almost all levels.
I reckon if I ever have to part with the evoque, it'll be for a full fat range.
5 door MY12 Fuji Dynamic Plus with shadow chromes, santorini contrast roof, power tailgate and a couple of added rattles!
Mods - Black RR bonnet vents, Side steps, Silicone rear wiper, rear sill protector, rear sill plates, LED interior lighting conversion, 2014 Sat Nav update.

I thought I'd join and see what the Evoque is really like and test out Martins site. Wink it looks good on here, but I'm not planning on parting with my FL2 any time soon.

Welcome U966, there are a few of us here who are exRRS guys, I had two of them, a very early( one week after launch in 2005) TDv6 2.7SE then a 2007 TDv8 HSE, I reckon the best all round car I have ever owned - it handled really well with its trick suspension, went very well with the TDv8 engine in it and was a decent size car for a single guy and wasnt a moving van........
A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Polo 1.2 E that overheated in traffic jams - bit under powered..
SD4 Pure Tech Manual, 5 Door, Fuji White with Black Contrast Roof, Black Grille/Vents/Mirror Caps, Pure Style Pack, Privacy Glass, Mud Flaps.
