Vehicle Tax and MOT (for UK Only) Status Checker
On another forum this link has been posted to enable people to check the Tax/MOT status of any registered car in the UK. It will a useful link once the paper tax disc disappears. The website is still in developement so may appear a little clunky

Seems to work well - I even checked an old car of mine Audi X856HNR which gives and interesting result since it was exported (it was LHD).

It didn't find the RRE. Tried the other 3 cars we have and they were all found.
Arrived - SD4 Prestige, 5 door, manual in Orkney Grey with Element interior. Style 4 wheels, spare wheel & auto-dimming rear view mirror.
Joining MX-5 2.0i convertible.

Works perfect for me, even my last 5 cars, even tells you if they have been exported.
