P2494 EGR cooler bypass flap position sensor. bank 1 range/performance problem

I have an engine management light on due to error code P2494.
I have changed the EGR and still the error comes on.
Does anyone know the reason or the fix?
Does anyone know where is this sensor?
I have a feeling the sensor or the cable of the sensor has been damaged.
Can anyone point me to the point where the sensor is?
