You may have found a new option as it isn't listed in the online builder.
The Dynamic gets a textured black shiny strip as an option, TBH I think the brushed aluminium on the Dyanamic looks much classier than the shiny plastic Gloss Black Strata option

Several people have queried the same 'mystery' item on their Topix list. It's certainly not something I have specified, and, given the interior I've chosen, I certainly wouldn't want anything black.

Then you need to get on to your dealer PDQ and have your mind put at rest! It could be that Piano Black on Topix for an Evoque means Macasser Wood or Grey Oak

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Can't get hold of anyone because they are too busy with 1 March hand-overs, (which is a bit ironic seeing as mine was promised for today when I placed the order, but isn't arriving at the dealers until tomorrow!). It will obviously be too late to change the factory order as it's already made, but can these be replaced as a retro-fit?

Hopefully, in the meantime, someone else who had the same listed on Topix can enlighten me as to what they actually got......anyone?!??

RE: Topix

Actually as I have it the "Piano Black appliqués" is simply the gloss black cover that slides over the cupholders and the door inserts behind the lever to open and the inserts with the controls for the windows, mirrors etc. On the Pure they are a matte finish (not sure what that is called on Topix. Brunel??)

Current: SD4 Dynamic Auto, 5 Door, Orkney Grey with Black Contrast Pano roof and 20" Shadow Chrome wheels. Pursuit interior. [countdown="Hand over"]15th June 2013 2:00pm[/countdown]

Gone: Si4 Prestige Auto Coupe, Orkney Grey with Panoramic Roof, Element interior, Shadow Chrome 20" wheels with most of the bits & pieces loaded. [countdown="Hand over"]29th November 2011 2:00pm[/countdown]

Thank you so much! As I was expecting those parts to be black (whether glossy or otherwise) it's not a problem.
Coincidentally, although I have a five-door SD4 Prestige rather than your model, we both have the same body colour and upholstery. (Did you get the cirrus headlining to match, or was yours too early for this option to be available?).

As a postscript to the "piano black" query, I eventually e-mailed my dealer about the Topix spec. (as I couldn't get hold of him by phone due to 1 March hand-overs) and he said he didn't know what Topix was!! Shocked He added that I was obviously "ill informed"!Confused

Too early for cirrus headlining... not too bothered about it, but would be keen to see it though.
