Steering wheel controls stopped working again!

Once again my steering wheel controls on the left hand side of the wheel have stopped working again when the headlights are on!

I have had this fault since owning the car from December 2015, 2011 plate. Approx 6 - 8 months ago this was supposedly repaired for the second time at the Erdington workshop using some kind of silicone gel in the buttons - apparently this was the fix.

Now it is not working again I visited my new local Wolverhampton dealer to show them the issue. LR are stating a 'wiring fault' will not be covered under my approved warranty and they are wanting £100+ per hour to diagnose.

I have contacted LR customer service who are apparently inundated with calls at the moment so are taking longer than usual to respond.

Do we have a point of contact on here who we can escalate to? I believe there was a service bulletin LTB600663v4 for this issue but cannot find it on the internet anywhere.
