Unfortunately, base price still not confirmed, however feedback by many dealers is it will start at R600 000 (£55 500) for Prestige 5 Door, to R750 000 (£68 000) for Dynamic Coupe. No Pure...yet. The cars are spec'd pretty much like UK cars in terms of standard features, including the following:

Official pricing been released - received the PDF from my dealer earlier today. Actually think quite reasonable - the standard Dynamic config in SA (priced at R605,995) works out to GBP 45,175 on the UK car configurator (The SA standard config includes a number of items that are optional in the UK, panoramic roof, metallic paint, different colour roof, keyless entry, rear park cameras, HDD navigation etc.)
This works out to be a ±20% premium to the price paid in the UK on a same specced vehicle which considering transport costs, import duties etc. is actually pretty reasonable.

I ordered in March already - I'm getting Prestige Coupe Si4 (yeah, apparently we can get petrol engine Prestige - UK's limited to dynamic only for now). I went for Cirrus/Lunar interior with the 20" Shadow Chrome wheels, all of the included optional extras (panoramic roof, Nav, keyless entry etc.) and specced the 825W sound system, Adaptive Dynamics and changed the rear seat to bench (really did not like that dark strip of nothingness between the two seats).
All of the above due to be delivered on 1 Dec (which given shipping time to SA etc. implies a late October build).
ATM my colour choice is the Orkney grey (thought it'd look good with the Cirrus Lunar interior and the shadow chrome wheels) but am really in two minds now since the car has never been properly showed in that colour so may be flipping to white…

Gibbon, did you miss out on the Melrose Arch static reveals? I believe the next public outing will be the JHB motor show in October.
