Shopping Hooks - Rear Luggage

I must have been blind all this time, but under the Luggage/Cargo Cover on either side of the Luggage Area are two black plastic Shopping Bag Hooks at window height.

I have Chinese hooks in mine. Are these different ? Am I missing out on something?

Must be an export model...

I altered mine and fitted the "Waitrose" hooks from the Prestige.
