In what respect. The plate is quite clearly illegal for road use.

The phrasing of you not liking the plate. Dave obviously likes it as he bought it - "not for me" might have been more tactful than "terrible plate ... Bad taste" - thats your view. I put this post here as a friendly 'spotted' not for poor dave to get unwarranted abuse.

Its not abuse, its an illegal plate, a fact that seems to be being overlooked by you.

The fact its illegal is not my opinion - its fact.

Nope, i've not overlooking the fact that it's illegal (but that doesn't really bother me). It was the way you put across your opinion of the plate itself which reads as a slight on dave himself as opposed to the statement being a simple opinion of your own.

Beware, Dave might be really BIG!
