Rules for Commercial Posts on babyRR.com

NOTE: Companies who currently sponsor babyRR.com are exempt from these rules. Sponsoring the site allows companies to freely post commercial messages to promote themselves and their products and/or services.

Sponsoring companies cannot, however, comment on products or services from competing companies nor can they compare their offerings to those from other sponsors, either publicly or via private messages or email. It is up to potential customers to compare offerings from sponsors.

For details on becoming a babyRR.com sponsor, please email martin@babyrr.com to receive a rate card.

RULES
  1. Commercial signatures, including those with links to company websites, are not allowed. Links to company websites in profile information are also forbidden. Companies are paying to advertise on babyRR.com they help keep babyRR.com running and support the Range Rover Evoque community.
  2. Posts, including public messages, private messages and emails sent using the site system, which promote your company's products and/or services (or those of companies you have any type of formal relationship with) are not allowed on babyRR.com, unless the company is a current site sponsor or your post falls within the following specific guidelines/exceptions:
    1. Your post is not commercial in any way. We have members from companies who join in the social and discussion side of babyRR.com and feel no need to promote their products and services, they're here as Range Rover Evoque enthusiasts, which (of course) is welcomed!
    2. Your post is an entirely informational reply to a request or question posted by a site member who is not associated with your company.

For example, if you sell tyres and someone on babyRR.com asks for some technical information, you are free to reply with that information, but you must not make any reference to the fact that you may sell products related to the question. Please make a full and open reply on the forums, you must not ask for members to contact you personally for details, or send private messages or emails to them. It's more helpful to them, and also to others who use the forums, if you share your knowledge openly. Remember: there must also be no commercial content to your post whatsoever.
  3. Posts or actions which contravene these rules and take advantage of the open nature of babyRR.com will be removed without notice, and your registration may be suspended or deleted at the discretion of the site management. Offenders may also, at site management discretion, be charged appropriately.

Why not send Martin an email - you can contact him by clicking on any of the contact buttons below his signature, except if you have less than 5 posts you cannot send a PM

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.
