Roof Rails and Tow Bar

Any idea how to get roof rails fitted? Also, no mention of a factory fit tow bar.....

RE: Roof Rails and Tow Bar

That is the best set of pictures of a Firenze Red I have seen, in natural UK autumnal daylight.
The accessories brochure will be coming soon I'm sure but beware that Land Rover uses Thule rebranded as Land Rover and price hiked by about 100%. LR doesn't permit Thule to sell the same kit in the UK branded as Thule but you can buy it easily on line for the Thule price.
That car appears to have the following DEALER fit accessories: Chromed sill protection tubes, fixed tow hook with single electrics, dog guard/ loaded protection grille, chrome trimmed roof rails, sports cross bars with the surf board attachment, the optional style 8 (aka Stormer style wheels) alloys and the tow hook mounted bike rack. Nice Starboard windsurfer on the roof rack too, I have the same one but with the wooden deck.......... but I also have a trailer rather than having to stretch up to put fragile boards on the roofrack.

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

An extra 1,250 on a Prestige, 1,025 on a Dynamic.

Is that a towbar on picture 1? Difficult to see - but surely there will be a factory fit towbar option

I think that is the "factory fit" one! Hopefully it is a removable one as I hate to have my tow bars permanently on display and always spec the removable option with single electrics on all my cars.

Tow bar is currently not available as factory order. Dealer suspects it will be dealer fit. Presumably as with the Freelander....

RE: Roof Rails and Tow Bar

BOSAL are listing fixed and detachable towbars on their April online parts catalogue with dedicated 7 and 13 pin electric kits. Clearly there is no mention of availability yet, but it would appear a detachable option is in site.Very Happy
