Finally an upgrade to InControl Apps

Had an email today about this.

This is the new InControl App that Rover/Jaguar announced last spring. We won't see it in the uk until the new year, but it's a definate improvement on the default apps. Spotify comes to the car.

RE: Finally an upgrade to InControl Apps

If you go over to RRSport.co.uk Land Rover Customer Services section http://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic37843.html
You will find a very long thread running about InControl Apps and their availability/ quality/ usefulness. Seems that the supply is not living up to the original hype

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

RE: Finally an upgrade to InControl Apps

always wondered why there was so little comment here. So far I've thought the whole App thing was a complete waste of money.

RE: Finally an upgrade to InControl Apps

I have a suspicion that LR will start to remove the hard to update SatNavs form their cars once the Apps get better. Of course they won't reduce the price of the car after doing that, they will hide the change in a new model year hoping that no one will notice!
