Reverse Camera

Just got my 2013 Evoque last week.
This does not have navigation / TV; the button for NAV I see in most pictures just activates the sound settings. I want to install a reverse camera only (not interested in video in motion, TV etc)
So, my questions are:
Can I connect a camera (composite NTSC) direct to the screen (I know I will need a FAKRA/Composite adapter)?
Do I need to mess with OBD to activate this?
I have seen this question on the forum but have not yet seen a clear reply.
As I need to order components from abroad I'd rather order everything I need at once and avoid dismantling the dash more than once!
