Removing speaker grills from door cards

Does anybody know how the speaker grills can be removed from the door card?
Never seen the inside of an evoque door card .

They are spot welded to the door card from the inside.
Evoque SD4 Coupé Dynamic, Fuji White, Santoriny Pano roof, Lux pack, RSE, style 8 wheels, along with everything else.
