Removing side skirt rubber bumpers from Pure

If I were to remove the black side skirts on the Pure does anyone know what is underneath?

Thanks.....never seen those pics before.

I removed the plastic panels to wrap my car. It's reveals two rows of holes where the plastic clips from the panels attach to the metal.
