Remote Start

For those of you in Michigan and upper Ohio we have a remote start option. I will be installing mine this week and will report back if there is interest. It will be nice come the colder months that lay ahead. This unit will also be controlled via Drone Mobile just for the extra connivance and security.

Compustar remote start? Are you sacrificing the spare fob to get it to work?

No it is hand made specifically for Rang Rovers. As far as the key yes but not gone. So no need for a third key unless you want one.

Then I know which one you are speaking of. http://www.autoingenuity.net/ . I would have gone with this but no two way communication. I have a compustar remote start and like the ability to remote start from my phone and receive confirmation.

Completed the install and Drone Mobile works great and 2 way remotes are optional.

Unfortunately, that interface won't give you two way communication regardless of the remotes. It's a nice device and have spoken to the engineer, but without two way capability it was a no go for me.
