Radio stops when reversing

Just started happening today, radio stops when reversing.
Does not happen on USB music.
Does not happen when stationary in reverse only when moving backwards.

Recently changed reverse light bulbs to led can nus no error messages and working fine

Any ideas ?

It could be the LEDs are emitting interference, affecting the Radio receiver in the spoiler, stationary the signal is just strong enough...

what have you got to lose changing them back to see?

Hi rom1,
Mine also goes quiet when reverse is selected, I think this is to make sure you can hear the reversing sensor warnings.

Thanks, I'll try normal bulbs, never noticed this before, will update once tried

While reverse is selected and it is quiet, try raising the volume control, you can set the different volume levels in different modes, you may have inadvertently turned it down, although I'd expect this would be the same while stationary or moving.

Thanks will try this, otherwise back to standard bulbs. was told its a common fault/issue but can't find any info about it.
