RRS Acoustic Glass

Hi guys

Sorry to talk about the RRS but I know many of you have owned them prior to owning the RRE and I have a quick question about them.

Does anybody know whether the Acoustic Windscreen and Side Glass was an optional extra on the '11 plate RRS HSE or whether it came as standard?

Also, does it make much of a difference over standard glass?

IIRC it was standard - but you could ask over on http://www.RRsport.co.uk which is another of Martin's forums
I had it on the last FFRR and yes it made a difference but not an earth shattering "I must have this again" type difference!
