Question: Tyre pressure compensation for ambient temperature

According to the Owners' Handbook page 213,
Low ambient temperature: increase the tyre pressure by 2 psi for every 10C decrease
High ambient temperature: increase the tyre pressure by 2 psi for every 10C increase

I am confused. I live in a 30C country, what should my tyre pressure be? Label, -2 psi or + 2 psi?

Its temp change. So if it was 30c when you fill it up, and it drops 10c for winter adjust according. The table show the varition from original tyre reccomendation depending on where you use the car. So the same tyre has more psi in sweden rather than spain.

Glad you raised this Bowl. I'll need to take this into account next time I check pressures at home when we're minus 2 etc. I've only ever taken it into account during summer.

Thanks. So, my target pressure is Label +2 psi right? The ambient temperature here in Thailand doesn't vary as much. It's just hot and hotter, always somewhere between 30C and 35C.... in winter.
